The invention relates to compounds of pharmaceutical interest. In particular, it relates to compounds of formula (I), to the methods for the production thereof, to the intermediates of the synthesis thereof, and to the production methods. The compounds of formula (I) have a certain affinity for the vitamin D receptor, and are active similarly to 1,25α-dihydroxy vitamin D3 (1,25D), with the advantage of presenting a lower level of hypercalcemia or zero hypercalcemia.
