The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing sweet and sour fried pork using sauce containing White Kimchi. More specifically, the method includes the steps of: providing pork meat on which batter is applied; providing the sauce by melting a mixture of water, vinegar, tomato ketchup, and sugar with heat, putting slices of various vegetables and/or fruit in the shape of the half moon into the melted mixture, slightly boiling the mixture, putting a starch aqueous solution in the mixture, boiling the mixture while agitating the same, adding 1-30 wt% of slices of White Kimchi with pH 4-5 and without fermented fish and 0.1-5 wt% of red pepper powder with respect to the total weight of the final sauce for sweet and sour fried pork, and then heating the sauce at 160-180°C for 10-20 seconds; and uniformly pouring the sauce on the pork meat. The sauce has excellent smell and taste. Especially, the sweet and sour fried pork to which cheese is added looks like a pizza. Moreover, the sweet and sour fried pork includes live lactic acid bacteria and thus is highly nutritious. |
