FIELD: instrumentation.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical-mechanical scanners. This device comprises scanning frequency generator with first output connected to first input of actuator. The latter is composed of the controller, motor and reduction gearbox. Scanning element is coupled via cam mechanism with reduction gearbox shaft. Scanning element position pickup is composed of reduction gearbox shaft rpm transducer. Output of the latter is connected to second input of actuator. Besides, it includes the frame pulse sensor. Scanning element position pickup incorporates the trigger and three counters. Trigger setting input is connected with frame pulse sensor output and of first, second and third counter reset inputs. Trigger reset input is connected with reduction gearbox shaft rpm transducer, second counter count input and third counter preset permission input. Direct and inverse trigger outputs are connected with first and second counter count permission inputs, their outputs being connected to inputs of third counter parallel loading. Third counter count input is connected with first counter count input and second output of scanning frequency generator. Third counter stage outputs make the device output.EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurements.6 dwg |
