The present invention relates to an SSR market set used to determine the lifespan of rice seeds and uses thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to the SSR marker including two or more nucleotide sequences selected from a group including the nucleotide sequences having SEQ ID NO: 1 to 34 and a method for easily and precisely determining the lifespan of rice seeds in a short time by using the SSR marker.
