The present invention relates to a soundproof tunnel and a construction method thereof. The soundproof tunnel comprises: multiple struts constructed at regular intervals around a road; soundproof panels where multiple panels are stacked between the struts, and performing a sound-absorbing effect; ceiling frames connecting end portions of the struts which are arranged to face each other in both end portions of the road; lighting panels installed between the ceiling frames, made of a transparent material, and performing a sound insulation effect; support portions installed in the ceiling frames, and supporting the lighting panels; and buffer portions installed in the support portions, and supporting the ceiling frames to be movable. |
