<p>[Problem] To provide a radar device that automatically implements a necessary data calibration for maintaining high measurement accuracy. [Solution] A radar device having: a voltage controlled oscillator outputting signals in oscillation frequencies in response to voltage values entered; a memory unit storing voltage data which represent oscillation frequencies and voltage values; a control unit sequentially reading out voltage data from the memory unit; a digital-analog converter converting read out voltage data into voltage values and inputting said voltage values into the voltage controlled oscillator; a first data processing unit calibrating correlations between voltage values and oscillation frequencies in the voltage controlled oscillator; a second data processing unit calibrating correlations between inputs and outputs in the digital-analog converter; and a voltage data set generation unit generating V-T data from calibrated voltage data sets.</p>
