The present invention relates to a mutual adhesion preventing structure of a transfer paper and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, an organic solvent insoluble coating film (400) is formed on one surface (101) of a transfer paper (100). A coating film (300) is formed with a cover coating solution which is sprayed and dried after a necessary pattern (200) is printed. The transfer paper loaded on a layer is not pressed.
