<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a launching handle device wherein a hand can be rested on a finger-rest while holding an operation handle during a game, and in addition, when the Pachinko game is resumed, the operation handle can be returned to a desired position, thereby rotating it immediately. <P>SOLUTION: The operation handle is rotatably attached to a cylindrical part which is attached to a body of a Pachinko game machine.
