摘要 A glass frit, a composition for forming a solar cell electrode comprising the same, and an electrode prepared using the same are provided to have an excellent thermal stability even at high firing temperatures and to minimize the damage by a p-n junction and contact resistance. The glass frit of the present invention contains lead oxide (PbO) and boron oxide (B_2O_3) at a weight ratio of 1:0.075 to 1:1. The glass frit has a phase transition peak on a cooling curve existing at 400 to 650°C when the glass frit and aluminum (Al) powder are mixed at the ratio of 1 to 1; the temperature is increased up to 900°C at the heating rate of 20°C/min; a resting period is taken for 10 minutes; the temperature is cooled down at the cooling rate of 10°C/min; and thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) is conducted. The composition for forming a solar cell electrode comprising the glass frit can realize stable efficiency under various sheet resistances and minimize the damage caused by p-n junction.
