摘要 A pipe communication device of an air conditioner according to the present invention is capable of easily connecting a signal line and a core assembly by having no necessity to making the signal line be in contact with a coolant pipe by transmitting and receiving communication signals with an induced electromotive force generated by winding a signal wire around the core assembly and commonly using one core assembly for pipes having various sizes by forming the inner diameter of a pipe insertion groove of the core assembly larger than the outer diameter of the pipe. In addition, the present invention is capable of preventing a malfunction in the pipe communication device or a decrease in the communication performance thereof by preventing the inflow of rainwater or foreign materials into a gap between the signal line and the core assembly even if the pipe communication device is installed outdoors as the signal line is wound around and joined to the core assembly. Moreover, the present invention is capable of preventing the movement of the core assembly even though the pipe is vibrated by forming a signal wire mounting hole and inserting the signal line into the signal line mounting hole to fixate the signal line.
