<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot isostatic pressing device which controls the cooling speed, evenly cools an article to be treated and shortens the cooling time.SOLUTION: A hot isostatic pressing device is provided with a pressure vessel (1) which has a furnace chamber (18) including an insulating casing (3) and heating means (36) for overheating a pressure medium during pressing, and a heat exchanger unit (33) located under the furnace chamber. The heat exchanger unit is configured such that the pressure medium is used in order to cool and/or heat the heat exchanger unit and, therein, heat can be transmitted from the pressure medium to the heat exchanger unit during cooling of the article and can be transmitted from the heat exchanger unit to the pressure medium during heating of the article.</p> |
