AIR-PERMEABLE LAMINATE, AND DISPOSABLE BODY WARMER OBTAINED BY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-permeable laminate which has excellent heat sealability, which exhibits excellent product characteristics such as exothermic maximum temperature and exothermic duration when used in a disposable body warmer, and which comprises a nonwoven fabric and a porous film.SOLUTION: The air-permeable laminate having 5,000-100,000 seconds/100 cc Oken type air permeability is obtained by sticking a thermoplastic long-fiber nonwoven fabric to the porous film. The thermoplastic long-fiber nonwoven fabric has 5-25% partial thermal press-fixing rate and 15-50 g/mbasis weight. The porous film: contains 40-62 wt.% straight-chain low-density polyethylene, 2-10 wt.% low-density polyethylene and 35-50 wt.% inorganic filler as constituent components; has 40-100 g/mbasis weight; has pores having 1μm or smaller median diameter and 0.3 ml/g or larger pore volume when measured by a mercury penetration method; and exhibits 5 N/10 mm or stronger stress when extended by 10%.
