The present invention relates to a lateral flow assay type diagnostic strip for an electro-chemiluminescence, a reading device thereof, and a detecting method using the same and, more specifically to a diagnostic strip comprising: a sample pad, a conjugation pad, a signal generating pad, and an absorbing pad, wherein the conjugation pad includes a probing antibody capable of connecting a target object and an electro-chemiluminescence (ECL) material connected to the probing antibody. The present invention can detect, simply and easily, an immunity reaction of the target object with high sensitivity by introducing the ECL to the LFA type diagnostic strip. |
