PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet feeder capable of reducing work burden by a worker and reliably feeding paper sheets, and paper sheet processing device.SOLUTION: The paper sheet feeder includes: a cassette having a plurality of storage parts each of which stores a plurality of paper sheets, with them vertically piled; a moving mechanism that moves the cassette so as to sequentially dispose a plurality of storage parts at an extraction position; a holding arm that holds the plurality of paper sheets stored in the storage part disposed at the extraction position, in the piled direction; and a transfer mechanism that transfers the holding arm, extracts the plurality of paper sheets from the storage part, and transfers them to a feed part, with the holding arm holding the paper sheets. |
