PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise vibration reduction device having a structure capable of adjusting vibration characteristics of a sound insulation board to allow a noise reduction effect of an object frequency to be obtained.SOLUTION: A noise vibration reduction device is configured to have adjustable vibration characteristics of a sound insulation board by dividing a frame that has fixed the sound insulation board into first and second frames, fixing the periphery of the sound insulation board onto the first frame, and bonding the first and second frames by a bonding member or bonding means that exerts a bonding force in a direction along the surface of the sound insulation board to adjust the bonding force of the bonding member or bonding means.
