The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent display device to improve display quality. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic electroluminescent display device comprises: pixels corresponding to a data signal, passing through an organic light emitting diode from a first power supply, and controlling whether to supply current to a second power supply; a scanning driving unit supplying a scanning signal to odd-numbered scanning lines during a first period including a plurality of frames, and supplying a scanning signal to even-numbered scanning lines during a second period including a plurality of frames; a second power supply generating unit controlling voltage of the second power supply so that the pixels are set in a non-light emitting condition during at least one frame among a plurality of frames included in the first period and the second period; and a data driving line supplying the data signal to the data lines by corresponding to the scanning signal.
