PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide CD37-binding molecules and immunoconjugates thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is a novel anticancer agent including, but not limited to, antibodies and immunoconjugates that bind to CD37. Also provided are use methods of agents, antibodies or immunoconjugates, for example, a method for inhibiting tumor growth. Novel antibodies that bind to human CD37, immunoconjugates comprising these antibodies, and the use methods thereof are illustrated in the specification. Novel polypeptides, e.g., antibodies that bind to human CD37, fragments thereof, and other polypeptides related to such antibodies are also provided. Polynucleotides comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding the polypeptide, and vectors comprising the polynucleotides are also provided. |
