<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary material for urinalysis having urine components which are less susceptible to change in urine collection and facilitating the manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: The sanitary material for urinalysis includes a low-metal absorbent member 2 and a liquid-impermeable back sheet 3 disposed with the low-metal absorbent member 2. The low-metal absorbent member 2 is formed by bringing an absorbent member for use in a normal sanitary material into contact with a metal scavenger, so as to remove metal contained in the absorbent material. Even when a sanitary material 1 for urinalysis from which the metal of the absorbent material is removed by the metal scavenger, absorbs urine, it is unlikely that the metal derived from the absorbent material is eluted in the urine, so that the urine components are less susceptible to change in the urine collection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
