<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for easily forming a microneedle array provided with microneedles which meet regulations concerning shape such as requested height, root width, chip angle, and/or surface roughness. <P>SOLUTION: The method is for manufacturing a microneedle array original plate for manufacturing a microneedle array provided with a base member, and microneedles formed on a first surface of the base member. The method for manufacturing the microneedle array original plate is provided with a process of forming an exposed part by exposing photosensitive glass with energy distribution, a process of forming a reformed part by reforming the exposed part by conducting heat treatment after exposure, and a process of eliminating the reformed part by isotropic etching. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
