<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable release of a locked state by applying a force in a direction of which a headrest slides regarding a movable headrest that is locked so as not to move vertically at a normal time.SOLUTION: The movable headrest comprises: a base member 21; a movable member 23 attached slidably in a vertical direction to the base member 21; and a lock mechanism 7 for restricting the free movement of the movable member 23 with respect to the base member 21.
