PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable low inductance and a simple wiring configuration in a three-level power conversion device.SOLUTION: A P-side conductor P connects a positive electrode of a DC capacitor C1 and a first semiconductor switching element T1, an N-side conductor N connects a negative electrode of a DC capacitor C2 and a fourth semiconductor switching element T4, an M-point conductor M connects a neutral point and a bidirectional switch. The plate conductors of the P-side conductor P, the N-side conductor N, and the M-point conductor M are stacked in three layers, the p-side conductor P and the N-side conductor N being disposed in adjacent layers. The first and fourth semiconductor switching elements T1 and T4 are respectively disposed adjacent to the DC capacitors C1 and C2. |
