The present invention provides a hot-rolling method to prevent sticking comprising: a heating step of heating a cast piece generated in a continuous casting machine in a heating furnace at 1100-1300°C; an intermediate rolling step of intermediately rolling the cast piece in rough rolling mills at a set thickness after the heating step; and a finish rolling step of continuously rolling the cast piece in finish rolling mills installed in a rear end of the rough rolling mills at a set final thickness after the intermediate rolling. In the finish rolling step, the product of a surface pressure applied to the cast piece by the finish rolling mills and a slip which is an absolute value of a rotation speed difference between the cast piece and the finish rolling mills is 2000 or less; the load and draft percentage of the finish rolling mills are controlled such that the product of the surface pressure and the slip is 2000 or less; and a condition wherein the product of the surface pressure and the slip is 2000 or less when a plurality of finish rolling mills roll the cast piece is successively applied from a second finish rolling mill secondarily positioned in a moving direction of the cast piece among the plurality of finish rolling mills. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a sticking phenomenon generated between the rolling mills and the cast piece can be prevented when the surface pressure and the slip are formed with a set condition. |
