The method for key negotiation processing comprises: a control network element acquires a first key negotiation parameter and a second key negotiation parameter; and, the control network element generates a key on the basis of the first key negotiation parameter and of the second key negotiation parameter and transmits the generated key to the first UE and to the second UE. The embodiments of the present invention allow for implementation of key negotiation between two UE communicating at a short range.
