PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform sound recording with small noise and high quality having stable recording level.SOLUTION: A sound recording apparatus comprises: sound recording means for sound recording a subject in an imaging direction; sound recording means for sound recording sound in a specified direction; direction control means for controlling so that the specified direction is always constant even when the imaging direction is changed; and sound recording control means for controlling a recording condition on the basis of relation between the imaging direction and the specified direction.
