PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection member having an excellent anti-fogging function.SOLUTION: A reflection member 10 includes: a reflector 15 configured to reflect incident visible light; and an anti-fogging film 20 pasted on an incidence plane 15a of the reflector. The anti-fogging film includes a rugged structure layer 30 having a rugged surface 31 formed with fine projections 32 disposed at an interval d equal to or smaller than minimum wavelength of a visible ray band. The anti-fogging film is arranged so that the rugged surface faces a side opposite to the reflector. The anti-fogging film has a contact angle of 9° or smaller to water on the rugged surface.
