The present invention relates to a black box type electronic power meter capable of preventing damage of a storage medium by heat and flame due to a fire and collecting and recording information of surrounding situation until functions of a power meter are suspended. To this end, a power meter according to the present invention comprises: a dual shielded housing forming a vacuum area between a pair of opposing shielded layers to block outside heat; an electronic circuit module accommodated in the dual shielded housing; and a sensor part arranged accommodated in an outside of the dual shielded housing, and a molding area is formed between the sensor part and the electronic circuit module thereby conduction of outside atmosphere from a wiring toward the electronic circuit module can be blocked.
