Disclosed are a pigment with excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, and a method of manufacturing the same. The manufacturing process in the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) forming suspension by stirring and dispersing flakes into water; (b) forming a catalyst layer on the surface of the flakes; and (c) plating the surface of the flakes formed with the catalyst layer.
