<p>PURPOSE:To boost a primary pressure of a balance diaphragm to the secondary side with a boost pipe and to attenuate the force in the valve closing direction to boost the secondary-side pressure when a valve is opened, by providing a diaphragm, which is operated with the secondary-side pressure, and the balance diaphragm on the way of a spindle shaft connected to a valve body. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 9 operated by the secondary pressure and a valve body 10 are interlocked by a spindle shaft 11, and a balance diaphragm 25 is provided on the way of this spindle shaft 11. The front end of a boost pipe 27 connected to a pressure chamber of this balance diaphragm 25 is allowed to face a port 5 from the primary pressure side, and the primary pressure acting upon the valve body 10 is balanced by the balance diaphragm 25. When the valve is opened, the pressure acting upon the balance diaphragm 25 is boosted to the secondary pressure side by the boost pipe 27, and the force in the valve closing direction is attenuated to raise the secondary-side pressure.</p> |
