PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device that has a magnet downsized, and secures intensity of generable electromagnetic force.SOLUTION: An input device 100 comprises: four coils 41 to 44 that are held by a circuit substrate 52; and four magnets 61 to 64 that are movably held by a movable yoke 72. Each of the coils 41 to 44 forms a coil side surface 46 along an operation plane OP. In a first coil side surface 46a formed in the coils 41 and 43, winding 49 extends in an x-axis direction, while, in a second coil side surface 46b formed in the coils 42 and 44, the winding 49 extends in a y-axis direction. Thus, an electric current I_x in the x-axis direction is flown to the coils 41 and 43, and thereby, in the magnets 61 and 63, electromagnetic force EMF_y in the y-axis direction acts. Further, an electric current I_y in the y-axis direction is flown to the magnets 62 and 64, and thereby, in the magnets 62 and 64, electromagnetic force EMF_y in the x-axis direction acts. |
