The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing a discharge program using error information, a producing method thereof, and a discharge system using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for producing a discharge program using error information comprises: a scan setting information generation unit generating scan setting information to an electrode using reference surface information and shape portion information; an error information generation unit generating error information by comparing scan information measured by the scan setting information in a state for the electrode to be seated on a chuck with design information of the electrode; and a discharge program generation unit generating a discharge program using the error information and discharge position information of the electrode. Thus, more accurate discharge process is possible by correcting an error between the scan information and the design information of the electrode. |
