The device has a permanent magnetic unit (20) magnetically switched parallel to a coil unit (16), where permanent magnetic fluxes of the permanent magnetic unit are enabled by a yoke section (18). One of the permanent magnetic fluxes flows over an air gap (14) magnetically parallel and/or demodulate overlaid with other permanent magnetic flux of the permanent magnetic unit. The coil unit is activated by an energization of a magnetic flux shift i.e. magnetic flux displacement, of the permanent magnetic fluxes from the yoke section to another yoke section (12).
