The system has a pressure sensor (64) detecting pressure in a simulation chamber. A displacement speed sensor (54) detects movement of speed of a shaft (52) of an intermediate piston (51) to calculate flow rate of brake fluid that is discharged from the simulation chamber through the intermediate piston toward a simulation capsule (63). Detected pressure and detected speed are utilized to calculate viscosity according to specific formula. A simulation chamber (53) is communicated with the simulation capsule by a control unit (61) that is provided with a valve (62).
