The present invention provides an abutment profile drill apparatus in order to improve workability in an abutment insertion procedure while eliminating a gum without damage to a fixture in an implant surgery procedure. The abutment profile drill apparatus includes: a shank part forming an installation part coupled to a dental handpiece in an upper end part; a stopper part protruding along a circumferential direction at a lower side of the shank and having a diameter greater than an inner circumference of a guide hole to be restricted and seated in an edge of an upper end of the guide hole formed in a stent which is formed according to an oral cavity profile and wrapped around periodontal tissue to be fixed for guiding a fixture placement position; a moving rod part extended downwards along the center of the stopper part to be inserted into the guide hole and move; and a drill part having a side cutting part rounded as an external profile is extended downwards to cut the gum at a fixture placement position by being connected to a lower part of the moving rod part and having a slide support part flattened on a lower end side of the side cutting part to be supported on an upper end part of the fixture and to slide. |
