PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen production system capable of efficiently obtaining hydrogen by utilizing photosynthetic reaction and nitrogen fixation reaction of a photosynthetic microorganism strain, and an efficient electric power generator using obtained hydrogen or culture solution.SOLUTION: A hydrogen production system comprises: a plurality of containers to which culture solution containing photosynthetic microorganism strain is supplied; irradiation means of light; means for generating hydrogen by photosynthetic reaction and nitrogen fixation reaction to obtain the hydrogen; and means for obtaining culture solution containing amino acid which is generated by the nitrogen fixation reaction of the photosynthetic microorganism strain. An electric power generator utilizes hydrogen obtained by the hydrogen production system or an electrolysis tank including culture solution.
