<p>A curtain airbag packaging process of the present invention uses a cushion cover (50) formed as a size enclosing the entire of a folded cushion (100) wherein a curtain cushion is embedded in a folded state, encloses a folded cushion (100) with the cushion cover (50) so that at least one tap (100-1) which protrudes from the outside of the folded cushion (100) can be inserted and passed through a tapped hole (51) bored in the cushion cover (50), and manufactures a curtain airbag (200) packaged with the folded cushion (100) and the cushion cover (50) as a non-fused portion of the cushion cover (50) is removed after fusing the cushion cover (50) by the applied heat in a state where the cushion cover (50) is in close contact with the folded cushion (100). Therefore, the present invention simplifies a packaging assembly process of the folded cushion (100) and the cushion cover (50) and manufactures a packaged curtain airbag (200) of a more compact size.</p> |
