<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a temporary bridge for rapidly constructing the temporary bridge astride a river or a ditch to enables the passage of vehicles and the like in a case of disaster or emergency. <P>SOLUTION: Air tubes 4 inflated by a gas, tension slings 5, and compressive struts 7 are made to pass through a supporting-point tube cap 3 on a work side bank 1 side; the front end part thereof is connected to a supporting-point tube cap 3 on an opposite bank side and the compressive struts 7 are delivered by a delivery jack 6; the supporting-point tube cap 3 is made to arrive at an opposite bank 13 and is brought into contact with a ground; the air tubes 4 are inflated by an air pump 8; and thereafter, floor slab panels 10 are sequentially juxtaposed from the work side bank 1 side on the top face of a substrate 9.
