PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable tube with a slit that can be used at low costs and excellent versatility without tip-insertion.SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable tube 1 with a slit comprises: a tube body 10 that can be curved into a tube-like form surrounding a wire harness, has a slit 10a extending in a longitudinal direction, and is shrunk by heating; and a heat-resistant tape 20 that fixes vicinities of both ends 10b, 10c of the tube body 10 to each other to hold a closing condition that the tube body 10 is deformed to close the slit 10a. The heat-shrinkable tube 1 with the slit houses the wire harness in the tube body 10 from the slit 10a, makes the tube body 10 into the closing condition, and fixes both ends 10b, 10c by the heat-resistant tape 20 to hold the closing condition. Thereafter, it is heated to high temperature so as to heat-shrink the tube body 10, and is mounted to the wire harness by shrinking the tube body 10. |
