PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system for allowing a client terminal to determine the transmission destination of the transmission request of document data on the basis of evaluation information generated about a document acquisition client terminal which has acquired the document data.SOLUTION: A server device 100 includes: a document data acquisition information generation part 131 for generating document data acquisition information including the identification information of a document acquisition client terminal 400 which has acquired document data 500; and an evaluation information generation part 140 for generating the evaluation information indicating evaluation as the supply source of the document data 500 of the document acquisition client terminal 400 on the basis of the document data acquisition information. A client terminal 200 includes: an evaluation information acquisition part 221 for acquiring the evaluation information; and a transmission destination determination part 222 for determining the transmission destination of the transmission request of the document data 500 on the basis of the evaluation information.
