<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waist part exercise equipment by which various kinds of training for muscles of a waist part can be performed smoothly and safely with a single and simple apparatus configuration, an exercise like this can be performed continuously without stress, an exercise of a waist part is safely performed in an unintended fashion while a person performing the exercise is seated, a balance exercise can be performed safely, and furthermore, posture correction can be performed.SOLUTION: In waist part exercise equipment 8 composed of a seat part 1, a lower base 2, and a support protrusion 4 in which the seat 1 is held by the support protrusion 4 so as to be tilted and rotated horizontally, an elastic body is provided between the seat part 1 and the lower base 2 so that a load is applied to the seat part 1 when the seat part 1 is tilted or rotated horizontally from the start position, and the seat part 1 is energized in a direction to return to the start position when the seat part 1 is tilted back to the start position or rotated back to the start position.</p> |
