PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchange efficiency and to facilitate washing and sterilization of a fluid flow passage and confirmation of the state thereof.SOLUTION: First flow passage formation members (11, 13) of a heat exchanger (1) gradually decrease a diameter of an inner peripheral surface of a container shape from an upper part to a lower part, a first flow passage (134) is formed in a peripheral wall part, and a spiral second flow passage (114) is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the first flow passage formation members (11, 13) and an outer peripheral surface of a second flow passage formation member (12). |
