PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide preparation of a raw material good in firing easiness and strength development in a manufacturing method of Portland cement clinker using silicomanganese slug as a part of raw materials as there are concerns that firing easiness and cement physical property are affected when waste and by-products are used as raw fuels in firing of Portland cement clinker.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of Portland cement clinker using silicomanganese as a part of raw materials, use ratio of the silicomanganese in the blended raw material is 2 to 10 mass%.
