<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of making micro- and nano-sized ionic liquid particles by an easy and expandable method.SOLUTION: To an aqueous solution comprising metal ions, an ammonia pH buffer, a cation material, and an anion material are added, and an ionic liquid is produced in the aqueous solution, wherein the concentration of metal ions in the aqueous solution is controlled to produce ionic liquid particles with a desired particle diameter.</p> |
