<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quartz device in which pressure resistance is enhanced without increasing the size.SOLUTION: A quartz device (100) has a crystal vibration piece (110) including a vibration part (111) vibrating at a predetermined frequency, a frame (112) surrounding the vibration part with a space therebetween and formed thicker than the vibration part, and a coupling part (113) for coupling the vibration part and the frame, a lid plate (130) bonded to one principal surface of the frame and having a first junction (132) formed with a first thickness (C1), and a base plate (120) being bonded to the other principal surface of the frame. Furthermore, the vibration part of the quartz device is sealed by a cavity (101) surrounded by the frame, base plate, and lid plate, and the thickness (C2) at the portion of the lid plate facing the cavity is thicker than the first thickness.</p> |
