<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated electrode used for welding low-priced duplex stainless steel, obtaining deposited metal having the same degree of mechanical performance as a base material and excelling in corrosion resistance, defect resistance and welding work efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The coated electrode contains, by mass based on the total mass of the coated electrode, at most 0.04% of C, 0.15-0.85% of Si, 0.5-3.0% of Mn, 5-10% of Ni, 19-28% of Cr, 0.2-1.0% of Mo, and 0.05-0.2% of N in total of a core wire and a coating, and the coating contains the proper amounts of one or more of Bi and Bi oxide, Ti oxide, Si oxide, Zr oxide, Al oxide, Mg oxide and metal carbonate, and one or two of fluorine compound, Na oxide and compound, and K oxide and compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
