Disclosed are a coding method and a decoding method in a limited multi-dimensional memory system. The coding method in a memory system comprises the steps of: searching a set of symbols in which an initially set prohibited pattern may be generated from an input data stream; and treating at least one bit, which is included in the set of symbols in which an initially set prohibited pattern may be generated, through a stuck bit so that the prohibited pattern is unable to be generated. |
