<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that control in a micrometer scale is main and control in a nanometer scale is not reported relating to shapes of zinc oxide crystal in conventional techniques. <P>SOLUTION: As a result of carrying out study in order to providing a nanometer scale structure to the zinc oxide crystal controlled in the micrometer scale simultaneously, it is found that it is possible to provide the nanometer scale structure to the micrometer scale plate-like zinc oxide crystal in the presence of an anionic surfactant. The method for generating the zinc oxide crystal is disclosed which produces the zinc oxide crystal having a multilayer structure comprising anionic surfactant layers and zinc oxide layer by adding zinc ion to the aqueous solution containing the anionic surfactant. The method for generating the zinc oxide crystal is also disclosed which generates the plate-like zinc oxide crystal by adding zinc ion to the aqueous solution containing the anionic surfactant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
