The present invention relates to an offset printing method of synthetic leather whereby offset printing can be performed directly on synthetic leather without a transfer process. According to the present invention, roll-cutting is performed on a sheet of the synthetic leather within an error range of 0.002 mm; the sheet is dried with UV rays at 1000-1200°C after coating the sheet with UV urethane within an error range of 0.07-0.09 mm; the sheet is dried and ripened at 39-41°C for 5-6 hours; UV offset printing processes of black, red, blue, and yellow are performed by a plurality of offset printing devices; UV poly-coating is performed on the sheet by a UV poly-coating device; the sheet is dried with UV rays by a UV dryer at 1000-1100°C for 0.07-0.09 seconds; and automatic Tomson shape cutting is performed on the sheet by a cutting machine.
