Clear cosmetic compositions having skin moisturizing and skin improvement of water-in-silicone type containing capsule, and method for producing the same

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition of a water-in-silicon type having outstanding effects of moisturizing skin and improving skin texture and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, a cosmetic composition of transparent water-in-silicon type, comprising a capsule which has 10.0-30.0 wt% of silicon elastomers for the total weight of the cosmetic composition; 2.0-10.0 wt% of silicon surfactants; 5.0-30.0 wt% of silicon oil; 10.0-50.0 wt% of polyol series; and 10.0-30.0 wt% of capsule, thereby having outstanding effects of moisturizing skin and improving skin texture and showing a different appearance due to the capsule included in a transparent dosage form.
