The present invention relates to a method for cultivating bean sprouts by using a diluted solution of pine needle enzyme when soaking beans or spraying water to the germinated bean sprouts, and combusting pine needles to sterilize with fog. The sterilization with fog in the present invention is performed in a cultivating room for cultivating bean sprouts for 15-20 minutes once a day, and follows the ventilation to prevent the black rot and cultivate transparent and clean bean sprouts. |
