<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inspecting an electrode, capable of accurately grasping the number of defective electrodes.SOLUTION: A method for inspecting an electrode having a plurality of active material layers formed by intermittently applying an electrode paste on both surfaces of a band-like metal foil comprises: an opening step 1 of opening through holes at one and other side end positions of the product part of the electrode in the band-like metal foil; a one-surface side inspection step 2 of, during an inspection of the active material layers in the product part on one surface side of the band-like metall foil, starting the inspection when the through hole at the one side end position is detected and finishing the inspection when the through hole at the other side end position is detected; and an other-surface side inspection step 3 of, during an inspection of the active material layers in the product part on the other surface side of the band-like metall foil, starting the inspection when the through hole at the other side end position is detected and finishing the inspection when the through hole at the one side end position is detected.</p> |
